CONDIÇÕES GERAIS DE VENDA ON-LINE / GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES
As presentes Condições Gerais regulam o contrato de compra e venda, celebrado através do site (www.cddutyfree.com) entre a SEGMENTESFERA - Unipessoal Lda, com sede na Rua Direita do Dafundo, Loja 4B, 1495-718 Cruz Quebrada - Dafundo Lisboa, com o NIF: 515030732, como vendedora (adiante, a Segmentesfera), e o Comprador que, naquele site, concluiu um processo de Compra de determinado produto.

The present General Conditions regulate the purchase and sale agreement, executed through the website (www.cddutyfree.com) between SEGMENTESFERA - Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Rua Direita do Dafundo, Loja 4B, 1495-718 Cruz Quebrada - Dafundo Lisboa, with NIF: 515030732, as seller (hereinafter, the Segmentesfera), and the Buyer that, in that website, concluded a process of Purchase of a certain product.

1. Aplicação das Condições Gerais de Venda: / 1. Application of the General Conditions of Sale:
Ao realizar compras no site (www.cddutyfree.com), o Comprador aceita as presentes Condições Gerais de Venda.
By purchasing on the website (www.cddutyfree.com), the Buyer accepts these General Conditions of Sale.
2. Preços dos Produtos: / 2. Product prices:
O Preço de Venda corresponde ao preço em vigor durante o processo de compra e não inclui o IVA.
Ao preço de compra do produto acresce o valor do Iva( caso não tenha Franquia que isenta de impostos/taxas)quando aplicável, o preço do transporte e/ou entrega.
The Selling Price corresponds to the current price during the purchase process and does not include VAT.

3. Disponibilidade dos Produtos: / 3. Product Availability:
A plataforma de venda online (www.cddutyfree.com) está desenhada para que o Cliente conheça, antecipadamente, a disponibilidade do produto. Todavia, a CDDUTYFREE SHOP não pode evitar quebras de stock, nomeadamente as decorrentes de motivo de força maior.
Nos casos em que não seja possível à CDDUTYFREE SHOP assegurar a entrega do produto comprado pelo Cliente, o mesmo será informado do prazo de entrega.
The online sales platform (www.cddutyfree.com) is designed so that the customer knows in advance the availability of the product. However, CDDUTYFREE SHOP can not prevent stock losses, especially those due to force majeure.
In cases where it is not possible for CDDUTYFREE SHOP to ensure the delivery of the product purchased by the Customer, it will be informed of the deadline for delivery.
4. Apresentação dos Produtos: / 4. Presentation of Products
Os produtos à venda são descritos e apresentados de acordo com as suas características originais, de acordo com a informação facultada pelo respetivo responsável.

5. Encomenda e Pagamento: / 5. Order and Payment:
Os sistemas de pagamento disponíveis são os anunciados no site (https://www.cddutyfree.com/) Trasnferência Bancária (após boa cobrança) pagamento na Loja e Multibanco.

6. Entrega dos Produtos / 6. Delivery of Products
Todas as compras realizadas online serão entregues na morada indicada pelo consumidor, aquando do preenchimento do formulário de compra.
A entrega dos Produtos pressupõe o pagamento antecipado ou simultâneo do preço do produto e, quando aplicável, do preço do transporte e/ ou entrega.
As entregas são realizadas durante o horário comercial (9h00m às 19h00m) dependendo da empresa de transporte e da rota do transportador, assim como o método de envio seleccionado.
O envio será efectuado no dia útil seguinte à recepção do pedido pela Segmentesfera caso haja em disponibilidade imediata de stock. A entrega será feita num período entre 1 a 3 dias úteis, variando consoante o destino e o tipo de transporte selecionado.
All purchases made online will be delivered to the address indicated by the consumer, when completing the purchase form.
The delivery of the Products presupposes the advance or simultaneous payment of the price of the product and, when applicable, the price of transportation and / or delivery.
Deliveries are made during business hours (09:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.) depending on the carrier and the route of the carrier, as well as the selected shipping method.
Shipment will be made on the business day following the reception of the request by Segmentesfera in case of immediate stock availability. The delivery will be made in a period between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination and the type of transport selected.
7. Livre Resolução / 7. Free Resolution
Os bens fornecidos pela CDDUTYFREE SHOP são selados e não suscetíveis de devolução, por motivos de proteção da saúde ou de higiene quando abertos após a entrega;
The goods supplied by CDDUTYFREE SHOP are sealed and non-returnable, for reasons of health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery;
8. Trocas: / 8. Exchanges:
8.1 Produto e/ ou embalagem defeituosos / 8.1 Product and / or defective packaging
Quando a embalagem ou o produto se encontrem danificados aquando do ato de entrega, a CDDUTYFREE SHOP efetuará a troca de produto:

O Cliente deverá conferir a embalagem e o seu conteúdo no momento da entrega e apresentar de imediato reclamação ao transportador, caso a mesma tenha sinais de estar danificada.
A troca deverá ser previamente registada , através do email comercial@cddutyfree.com, com indicação do número de pedido, assim como dos produtos a trocar, bem como o motivo invocado de acordo com o número anterior.
Os produtos deverão ser devolvidos para a morada que vier a ser indicada pela CDDUTYFREE SHOP, sendo os custos postais da devolução suportados pela CDDUTYFREE SHOP.
Quando aplicável, o pagamento será devolvido no prazo de [15] dias contado desde a verificação, CDDUTYFREE SHOP, da mercadoria devolvida.
A troca de produtos poderá fazer-se na Loja CDDUTYFREE SHOP ou por via postal, sendo neste último caso essencial que o cliente indique, no momento referido em 2, o produto pretendido. Em qualquer caso, a troca só será efetuada se o produto e a embalagem forem devolvidos juntamente com a factura de compra e o artigo a trocar. A informação relativa aos procedimentos a seguir consta do site CDDUTYFREE SHOP (https://www.cddutyfree.com/termos e condições de venda online).

8.2. Devoluções:/8.2. Returns:
A CDDUTYFREE SHOP aceitará a devolução de produtos, desde que a mesma seja feita:
no prazo de 5 dias contado desde a receção da encomenda pelo Cliente;
com o artigo em bom estado, na embalagem original inviolada, sem terem sido experimentados os produtos a devolver, e acompanhados da respetiva fatura
A devolução deverá ser previamente registada junto do email comercial@cddutyfree.com, com indicação do número de pedido, assim como dos produtos a devolver, da razão da devolução e, quando aplicável, do produto pretendido.
Os produtos deverão ser devolvidos para a morada que vier a ser indicada pela CDDUTYFREE SHOP, sendo os respetivos custos suportados pelo Cliente.
A devolução de produtos poderá fazer-se por via postal, sendo neste caso essencial que o cliente indique, no momento referido em 2, o produto pretendido. Em qualquer caso, a troca só será efetuada se o produto e a embalagem forem devolvidos juntamente com a factura de compra e o artigo a trocar.
Quando aplicável, o pagamento será devolvido no prazo de [10] dias contado desde a verificação, pela CDDUTYFREE SHOP, da mercadoria devolvida.
CDDUTYFREE SHOP will accept the return of products, provided that it is made:

When applicable, payment will be refunded within [10] days counted from the verification, by CDDUTYFREE SHOP, of the returned merchandise.
9. Responsabilidade quanto ao uso da internet: /9. Responsibility for using the internet:
CDDUTYFREE SHOP não tem qualquer responsabilidade relativa a possíveis danos ou
problemas derivados do uso da Internet, tais como intrusões externas ou vírus informáticos.
CDDUTYFREE SHOP is not liable for any damages or
problems arising from the use of the Internet, such as external intrusions or computer viruses.
10.Lei aplicável e competência: / 10. Applicable law and jurisdiction:
A todas as questões relacionadas com as presentes Condições Gerais é aplicável a Lei Portuguesa.
Para dirimir todos os litígios emergentes do presente contrato é acordado o foro da comarca de Lisboa, com expressa renúncia a qualquer outro.
All matters relating to these General Conditions will be applied the Portuguese Law.
In order to settle all disputes arising from this contract, the Lisbon district court is granted an express waiver of any other.
